Rachel Kirson, M.S. CCC-SLP, TSSLD
Owner, Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
Rachel Kirson is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist in New York and New Jersey. She brings a warm and friendly approach to helping children with speech and language challenges.
With a focus on pediatric speech-language disorders, Rachel specializes in evaluating and diagnosing developmental delays in preschool and school-aged children. Her areas of expertise include helping children with articulation and phonological disorders, oral-motor difficulties, childhood apraxia of speech, expressive and receptive language delays, pragmatic and socialization difficulties, and AAC.
As a mother of three children, Rachel understands the importance of effective communication in nurturing a child’s confidence. She works closely with families to set goals and activities that empower children and make speech therapy effective and enjoyable.

Meet
Emily Riela M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Specialist
Emily Riela is a licensed speech-language pathologist in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama in just three years and went on to receive her Master of Science from Yeshiva University in 2021.
Emily has a broad range of clinical experience in medical speech-language pathology and previously specialized in Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders while working in South Florida. In 2022, she returned to her passion for pediatrics, transitioning back to early intervention and working with children ages 0–3. Since then, Emily has focused her career on pediatric speech-language pathology and has contributed professional writing to the ARK Therapeutic blog.
Emily loves working with children and finds great fulfillment in helping them strengthen their communication skills and celebrating the progress they make along the way.
